Terms of Service

Eli Landscaping and Tree Service provides tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, stump removal, and emergency tree service to residential and commercial properties in Mercer County, New Jersey.

All estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information you share and, when possible, an on-site inspection. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may adjust if site conditions differ from what was described, or if additional work is requested. We will always confirm any change in scope before starting.

Scheduled work depends on weather, safety conditions, and crew availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep appointments and will contact you if we need to reschedule. You may cancel or reschedule at any time by calling (609) 555-0123.

You represent that you own the property where work is to be performed, or you have the legal right to authorize the work. You are responsible for identifying and disclosing underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, invisible fences, or other private lines that are not marked by NJ One Call. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private utilities.

Some Mercer County municipalities require permits before removing or heavily pruning certain trees. We will identify potential permit needs during the estimate. Unless expressly included in the written quote, obtaining any required permit is the property owner's responsibility.

Payment terms will be stated on your written estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late or unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed under New Jersey law.

We are licensed and insured for the work we perform. Except as required by law or expressly stated in a written estimate, the Services are provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eli Landscaping and Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or this site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific job will not exceed the amount paid to us for that job.

All content on this site, including photos, text, logos, and design, is owned by Eli Landscaping and Tree Service or used with permission. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, republishing, or using it commercially without written permission is not allowed.

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, Google Maps or review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
